6. Invoice Generation
For any invoice that is generated under the website name "ujjwalKhatri.in" the client or organization should agree or already have agreed to all terms and conditions.

Payments / Refund Policy
I Ujjwal Khatri strive to provide high-quality graphic design and animation services tailored to meet our clients' specific needs. As part of our commitment to excellence, we have established the following non-refundable policy:
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable 60% deposit is required before any work can begin. This deposit ensures that our team can allocate the necessary resources and time to your project.
Cancellation Policy: Once a project has been confirmed and the deposit has been paid, any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy is in place to compensate for the time and effort already invested in the project.
Revisions and Edits: We understand that revisions and edits may be necessary to achieve the desired result. However, any additional work beyond the scope of the original agreement may incur additional charges and will not be eligible for a refund.
Delivery of Final Work: Upon completion of the project, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the final work is delivered. Failure to do so may result in a delay in the delivery of the final product.
Satisfaction Guarantee: While we strive to ensure client satisfaction, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. However, we are committed to working closely with our clients to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments to the work until it meets their expectations. if the client is not satisfied or says "stop working", in that case, no refund will be issued and project will be put to a complete stop as we no longer want to put additional effort as it's pointless.
